Bilona Method · Small Batch
Slow-churned from cultured A2 butter using the ancient Bilona method. Each batch takes 48 hours — hand-stirred, wood-fired, and poured into glass jars while still warm. Golden, aromatic, and packed with fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K.
Delivered by 7 AM Daily
Collected at dawn, gently pasteurised to preserve natural enzymes, and delivered to your door before breakfast. Rich, creamy, and naturally sweet — you'll taste the difference from the very first sip.
Made Every Morning

Set overnight in traditional earthen pots that absorb excess moisture and impart a subtle mineral richness. Thick, probiotic-rich, and naturally tangy — the way your grandmother made it.
Hand-Churned · Unsalted
Churned by hand from fresh A2 cream. Pale yellow, naturally sweet, and rich in butyric acid. Use it on warm rotis, in cooking, or as the base for our Bilona ghee.
Sweet or Salted · Seasonal
Blended from our thick A2 dahi with a touch of raw cane sugar or rock salt. Chilled, frothy, and deeply refreshing. Available in sweet and salted variants — seasonal availability.

Our cows are milked at sunrise, by hand, in a calm and stress-free environment. Happy cows produce better milk.

Every batch is tested for fat content, SNF, and purity before processing. We reject anything that doesn't meet our standard.

Milk is pasteurised at low temperature to preserve natural enzymes and nutrients — never ultra-heat treated.
